No 1 pick Haaland was on the scoresheet in Manchester City's 4-2 win at Crystal Palace, while Salah converted a penalty in Liverpool's 2-2 draw at Manchester United, with both players earning eight points.
Cole Palmer (£6.1m), who edged out Salah as the second most- popular armband pick, was only able to produce an assist as Chelsea were held to a 2-2 draw at Sheffield United.
Son Heung-min (£10.1m) was also a popular choice but, like Palmer, the Spurs star could only register an assist.
